Returns
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted for workmanship defects.
To start your return process, send an email to contact@jiwa.com.uy . Once received, we will contact you to provide return instructions.
The costs involved in the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
